Cornish hen and BBQ spaghetti sounded like a unique combo. The hen comes smothered in tangy sauce, the smoky meat packs more flavor and is less juicy than regular chicken.
The BBQ spaghetti is really just that, regular spaghetti coated in BBQ sauce, no crazy antics just an interesting pairing. My husband couldn’t resist the ribs, juicy and plenty of meat.
The beans and coleslaw were great! White bread made me feel like I was at a backyard BBQ, and was good for sopping up extra sauce. Parking is easy right in front, as the restaurant is located a bit out of downtown.
