While the city certainly has a lot more slot machines Reno, Nevada is not devoid of pinball machines! I wouldn’t say they have as many as Las Vegas, home to the Pinball Hall of Fame, but there are some quality games to play! First you may want to visit Cal-Neva Casino [38 E 2nd St, Reno, NV 89501] smack in the middle of downtown.
Downstairs is your typical casino, bright and blinking.
However, upstairs slightly tucked away are a few arcade games.
Best of all, the six pinball machines! Addams Family, Family guy, Indiana Jones, Pirates of the Caribbean, Simpsons, and Star Wars!
We had this level to ourselves, except for an occasional employee walking by. What a great hidden gem! In a quieter area of the city we discovered Comic Kingdom [595 E Moana Ln, Reno, NV 89502] which was busy on a Friday night with a Magic tournament. While everyone else was busy with the cards, we had the pinball machines in the back with no crowd.
Most excellent. There are plenty of bars and shops that have a single pinball machine or two, but these two spots have the highest concentration of them around!
