Pratt Falls County Park, Central New York
Waterfalls are always worth a stop. On our way to Syracuse we pulled off to visit Pratt Falls County Park [7671 Pratt’s Falls Rd, Manlius, NY].
As you’re driving in make sure you obey the speed limit!
View the trail map. There is a well maintained and wooded trail to get to the falls, not a bad deal considering the view you get.
In no time you will be viewing this gorgeous slender 137 ft falls, and we had it all to ourselves.
When you get back to the lot be sure to take a look at the view from the top of the falls for a different perspective.
The falls are definitely the showcase of this park, but there is more to do if you are interesting in extending your stay. You’ll find an archery range, fishing camping, and picnicking here. Most definitely worth a stop to see some splendid nature!
