Budapest’s Museum of Terror

Diversified modes of media creatively transport you back to a time of cruel regimes and walk you room by room through the years of terror. The Museum of Terror [1062 Budapest, Andrássy út 60] begins during the Nazi regime and runs through the immediately following Communist regime in Hungary.

IMG_6368In each room there are sheets of literature to further your understanding of these events. You end your journey with a beautiful tribute to the victims, and you may walk up a passageway to view a collection of statues from the time period.
