I absolutely love the vibe emanating from this joint! We ventured out to
Troy for some breakfast and found some easy free street parking (275 River Street, Troy, NY 12180). There was definitely a lot of thought put into the decorating and I really appreciate that.
I enjoyed looking around and hanging out on an egg chair while waiting for my order.
There are lots of games and magazines to entertain you. Speaking of the breakfast, you have a lot of great choices from bagels and spreads, to breakfast and lunch sandwiches, and all sorts of drinks.
This place is known for making their own bagels, and there were some interesting flavors to choose from. I got a pesto bagel bacon egg and cheddar cheese sandwich, so tasty!
Looking at the bagel it seemed a tad bit small and I thought I wouldn’t fill up from it, but I was wrong. I could barely finish the thing. The bagel was fresh and chewy with a perfect note of pesto, not too overpowering, a fantastic sandwich. I drank an eggnog latte which was really fabulous and gave me a good kick for the morning.
It was definitely a fun experience having breakfast here, good food, fast service, and an awesome atmosphere.
