Guilderland’s Natural Way Café

I had breakfast at the Natural Way Café in Guilderland with some friends not too long ago. The place was different than I expected inside, it was pretty spacious and modern seeming. We all ordered breakfast sandwiches, and one of my friends asked for eggs over easy, and he was told that they only bake eggs here. Interesting. The sandwiches were distinctive, but good. The bread was thick, chewy, and buttery ciabatta, stuffed with the baked egg that tasted quiche-like, and a bit of bacon and cheese.

The service was a little bit confused and the four of us somehow ended up with five sandwiches? They let us keep the extra one at no charge. The chow was different, pretty good, natural, and local. The space seems laid back, the kind of spot you can go and spend the morning chatting with a friend or bring a laptop and do work on their free wifi.
